ATM Errors and Standard Bank costed me R5000,00

Please be alert that Std Bank ATMs have no CAMERAs, I withdrew R10 000,00 from ATM no.1187 and only got R5000,00. Locked a query with Std Bank (ref no.***), I was later told that their custodians said the ATM has balanced. It only takes 30 seconds for money to be retrieved back into the ATM & my transactions was at 08H01 and 08H02 meanwhile the next transaction was at 08H03. I had stood in-front of the ATM for more than 30 seconds with no one using it. At their branch I was told that when money is retrieved back into the ATM it automatically reports and reverse the transaction and THAT IS A LIE. I went back to the ATM, withdrew R200 but didn't take it to allow the ATM to retrieve it. That took 30 seconds and there was no immediate report, when back to the branch & was told that it will reflect the next day. It hasn't reflected till today. Whoever was investigating didn't bother to contact the next client who came after me to find out if he/she experienced any challenges with the ATM, because it is said that he/she did two transaction at 08H03 (Balance enquiry) & 08H04 (withdrawal). I need my money back, Std Bank ATM are 100% UNSAFE. I'm off to Radio 702, PUBLIC SHOULD KNOW.
