ATM error

On the 6th @April my brother send R2000 via money standard money instant,to my surprise when we try to withdraw the money was not available ,seems like there was a problem with the ATM ,we called the call center they told us that theres nothing they can do they will investigate on Monday,guys I need mt money ,dont make your problem mine.R ********** sender is Samkele Xwayani Masuku ********** 126
