ATM didnt give my money but off my account??
Good Day, I am highly upset as I went to the Standard bank ATM at Checkers in somerset main road on the 18th of April to draw money, I was given a message on the screen technical problem cant complete your request,i waited took my card, no slip no money, but now my account shows that they money was drawn???? can someone please assist me. I have emails from my bank showing one reversal but then another one where they money was successfully drawn.
