ATM DEPOSIT MACHINES

I am so angry right now. From the cost and charges I incurred. Travelling from ATM to ATM. How can your machines be serviced/repaired during peak times of the month. I'm fuming because I have incurred charges because of reversal and costs for travelling. For something that was unnecessary. I should've left this damn bank when I had the chance. I sent my sister to Maponya no service there, she had to travel to Bara. And mind you Bara has no tellers. She struggled with notes. I short paid and had to go deposit the difference. So this 2 days has been a nightmare. Please give me a resolution for my predicament.
