ATM Deposit incorrectly reversed saying

I went to the Standard Bank ATM at the Monument Park centre in Pretoria on 16 Feb 2015 and deposited R450 cash in an old-fashioned machine still working with envelopes. Two days later, 18 Feb, the transaction was reversed stating that \No envelope received". The ATM machine would have aborted the transaction if no envelope was received"
