ATM deposit

On the 9th Dec I went to deposit R20 000 @ the ATM in Std bank. 1st transaction that I have done was to count R4000 tried to deposit but few notes came back and only one hundred rand was retained, but I decided to continue with the deposit so that I could see how much was not back and I ended depositing R18100 from the R20300 that I went to the ATM with I went inside to complain and I was given ref and told that money will be checked in the morning and be redeposited to the acc I was depositing to I waited for 2 days nothing happened and I went back to branch and to my surprise I was told that the cash balanced they didn't have sign of error on the ATM meaning they could not find my R2000 I just donated with so much money to the bank. Surprisingly I went to another bank to ask in situation like that what does one do they said I was supposed to fill in a claim form that did not happen I'm not sure if maybe I was undermined that I can never afford that amount therefore I formed up the story of depositing R20 000 that I had which happened to end up being R18100<br>
