ATM Deposit

25/3/15 i made an ATM deposit of R5500 into Autobank5572 the ATM however had a terminal error and my money was accepted yet not reflected. I then went into the bank on the 28/3/15 in Woodstock and my account was announced as Frozen due to FRICA and it would be resolved on 7/4/15, still to date my funds are not available as the person responsible for capturing my deposit only captured R4500 and now i have no proof of my R5500 that was deposited and STD BANK wants to take another 5 days to resolve this...i am now sitting with not even a R1 on my name and my debit orders are going off and coming back returned causing me to pay an extra R115 per return debt. WHO is going to pay all those return debt amounts of R115 per debt? STD BANKS call centre is so pathetic that no one can give me a time or date as to when my FULL deposit of R5500 will be available. I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICE AS THIS IS THE 2nd TIME AN ATM DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MISS COUNTED AND HAS TAKEN MORE THAN THE PROMISED 3 WORKING DAYS TO REFLECT. I WANT A LEGITIMATE ANSWER AND MY MONEY TO BE MADE AVAILABLE!
