ATM caused me to stand in a queue for ages

I went to an ATM at Standard Bank The Glen to do a deposit and the machine gave back R300 less than what I had deposited. When I went into the branch I had to sit on a queue for hours for a stupid ATM that took my money. I am absolutely fuming at Standard Bank poor service. When I told the branch manager that my time cannot be impacted like this because their stupid ATM she just said that their is nothing she can do. What a useless branch.
