ATM cash retracted

I deposited funds in my account on the 29 th of Jan 2020 same day I send standard bank an email no response was received than decided to call them to log an incident still to this day I have not received my money back. I deposited at boulders branch outside atm at about 11:40 am no slip or sms received.
