ATM cash jam _credit reversal

On 23 June, I went to Standard bank ATM at Jabulani Mall to deposit R2 500. The ATM jammed and I received a receipt that says 'ATM jammed, please visit your nearest branch'. I visited the branch at received a request number. The request was to be resolved by 30 June but nothing. I called 0n 01/07 and was sent to pillar to post. I spoke to more than 5 people and none can help. I then wrote to their complaints centre on 03/07, with the hope that I will get some help. I received an auto reply that someone will be in touch with me shortly. I received an email at 14h36 that a new request has been opened and it will be resolved by 07 July 2015.
