ATM CASH JAM

On 09-08-2020 I went to standard bank Evaton mall to deposit R1350 to my sisters account because she desperately needed money on that day so I went and deposited on the ATM but there was a cash Jam n it took R550 and it took out R800 and the cash jam deposit slip and I told the security of what happened and he told me to deposit the remaining amount and told me to come back to the bank with cash jam deposit slip which is on Monday and it was a holiday so I decided to go back on Friday 14-08-2020 because I was off. The lady helped me and I received a reference number *******886 and told me they will investigate about the matter so I waited for my money then on the 22-08-2020 I received a massage that says request received again on the 28-08-2020 I received the message again that says still in progress. I am so disappointed with standard bank because I went back they told me that they sent a message to the ATM guy to investigate and the other thing that makes me very angry is am using my money for transportation and they don't care, I even called to ask about the matter and they kept me on hold after they told me that they will call me back. I went there 4 times until February 2021 still the same story the ATM guy is still not responding to my requests so I want my money please assist me on this matter. I don't know whats taking them this long because I gave them all the information they needed to get my money back hence I was the one deposited that amount...this is so sad that they don't even try to communicate with me about my money.
