ATM Cash Jam

Good day<br> <br> On the 4th March 2015 I was depositing cash to my husband's account to Standard Bank ATM in Southgate Mall ,emmidiatley after putting the money the machine printed a slip saying CASH JAM PLEASE CONSULT YOUR BRANCH.I went inside the bank immidiatley to report it, I got the reference number and I was told the matter should be resolved within 3 days,I haven't heard anything from the bank every time I call call center the matter is sent to escalations but still no outcome about the money.<br> <br>
