ATM cash deposits
Could someone at Standard Bank please let me know why your ATM's are unable to accept cash deposits at month end????? This is a huge frustration and inconvenience to the customer who makes an effort to get to an ATM only to discover that it is not accepting any cash deposits?? Why have this service available to your customers if it is not always consistently available???? This is specifically the case at month end.......

02 Mar 2020, 15:49G'day just ran out during my lunch break to try and make a deposit still no luck?? I visited 2 ATM's and they both unable to accept cash deposits?? Now how inconvenient is this I sacrificed my lunch to go and make the deposit but still got no joy what do i have to do now??? Can someone please let me know why this is such a difficult thing to get sorted????

02 Mar 2020, 15:52I tried making a deposit at the ATM in the building where I work and it gave me an error saying the I exceeded my limit? How is this possible if I am trying to make a deposit? Standard bank please sort this out it is a huge inconvenience and happens regularly at month end???????
