ATM at Harbour Bay Mall

When the Harbour Bay Mall was completed Standard Bank installed an ATM outside the Mall, whereas all the other major banks installed ATMs within the Mall. However, the Standard Bank ATM has since been removed its ATM, even though further smaller banks have installed their ATMs within the Mall. If Standard Bank purports to provide good customer service, when are they going to rectify this situation.
