At last, Great Service.
I have been frustrated to the extreme with the service at Standard Bank. Today I returned to the Pickering St. Branch for the fifth time with a recurring problem. I explained my problems to Erin Bailey at the front desk. She assumed full responsibility and resolved all the issues promptly and efficiently. She deserves to be recognised for her professional hands on approach.
