At last a human being who dealt with me in a bank!!

<p>I would like to give Standard Bank Hyde Park a huge shout out - the service is excellent and you feel like you are being seen and given service wih a smile. The fact that they have a person putting the clients interest first is a wonderful. Every time I have called in at the branch I have been met with warm smiles and staff eager to assist. The fact that they are knowledgable is also a very pleasant surprise - as I have to often been to other branches were the staff do not seem to be trained and cannot help. Mostly having to go and find a senior person to advise and even then that person usually does not know what is going on.</p> <p>My biggest thanks goes to Dipuo Malebo who has been exeplary - constant follow up and advice. Checking with the other divisions in the bank and giving me feedback. Always with a wonderful smile in her voice and most importantly knowing her business. Well done to the manager at Hyde Park and again a big thank you to Dipuo for her great service </p>
