Astronomically useless Standard Bank

To date, Standard Bank still refuses to close my wife's Revolving Credit. The Banker called my wife, apologising that the account could not bw closed due being problematic. I hereby place it on record that Standard Bank's system problems are none of my business. The deplorable thing is that Standard Bank will then charge interest on my wife's Revolving Credit account that I settled. From now onwards, I will depend on my lawyer's advice as talking to Standard Bank tantamounts to talking to a brick wall. I thought Capitec was useless but Standard Bank is beyond the astronomical level
