Assumptions make you look like an idiot

What part of NEVER BEEN UNDER DEBT REVIEW is not being understood? Someone on your side flagged my profile as being under DR for the past seven years and the more I try to explain that this was NEVER undertaken, I hit a brick wall day after day after week after week! Can your staff not understand English? Or what is the problem? I have submitted every possible document as proof yet I keep getting told that I must go to another debt counsellor and continue paying! What must I pay? The house was sold and the car was sold (the two primary accounts I had in 2017). Not one person can give me a proper response and simply continue to copy and paste replies. Now you want a clearance certificate - again, FOR WHAT???? I am not paying a lawyer to go to court for something that never existed in the first place! How illiterate does one have to be to work for a bank??????????
