Assistant needed

I am loyal client for the bank and I have been with the bank for over 20yrs but today what I experienced I could not believe it was happening to me. I have a business account with the bank before I phoned help desk to found out how I can solve my problem that I have and Lindiwe from help desk her service was superb and she is the one who advised me to go to the branch so that my problem can be sorted. I went to the branch the lady who was at the front desk was as if what I am talking about is not possible and I told her that I got an advice from help desk then she phoned the business banker still the same response from her without talking to me I was treated as if I am stupid.<br> <br> I have a big problem that needs to be sorted I have wasted my time and money only to get people who are not interested in my problem somebody please help i need assisitance.
