Assist with our payments

Good day My name is Tshepo from unlimited field marketing service, I was doing standard bank card machine solutions working as a field agent visiting clients to present and sell standard bank card machine terminals.

When we started, we signed a contract stating that we would be getting paid on the last day of each month on a fixed contract of 3 months R8000, which is on our signed contracts. We started on the 4th of June doing training for the whole month, then got paid less than what was on the contract, so we thought it was probably becouse of trainings then the second month we got paid our agreed salaries, on the third month we got paid different salaries from R2800 some got R3000 so from then when we call and ask about our payments they say we got paid according to the days we have worked on the month of August and the other days are unpaid leave so its surprising because we worked the whole month. how is it that the whole stuff will be on leave when we all just started and worse the leave was not even asked or signed for by stuff, we all have proof to show that we have been working and reporting to our line managers,the owner told us we can go to ccma and we won't win, she said other groups of people lost at ccma, so which means the company is used to ****ming and playing with vulnerable people that just want to work and provide for their families, I would appreciate for standard bank to assist us, we provided a service as field agents that we have to get paid, please assist.
