Assessor not worthy of assessment of inspections !

We have now bought a second property since October 2014 and both have latent defects not noticed by assessor Bongani *** , I'm now convinced by the POOR AND DOOUBTFUL capabilities of assessor Bongani *** for the third time since October 2014.<br> He returned to the first property on which I showed him the huge structural cracks on the first floor late Nov early Dec 2014, window frames bending in on the top part due to the foundations. He promised me a full investigation including a Civil Engineering report and would have added a retention on the payout of the bond , I had to pay R1,200 for a Civil Engineer who could NOT DECLARE the house as stable and habitable . <br> The house is in the process of being DOOMED by the local Town Council , NO Engineer oversaw the building at the time of construction. I re**** on Standard Bank to protect us and trusted the institution to be our Custodian against latent defects . Had to pay lawyer's R 6,777.30 i I hold Standard Bank responsible for costs incurred by us to cancel the bond..We bought another property and again Bongani overlooked the latent defects.
