Asking me to pay on a settled and paid off account

Dear Onbudsman for banking<br> <br> I was a very good client of Standard Bank with investments, home loan, credit card and bank account. They were just to willing to help and basically just added products to my portfolio<br> <br> To get to the point: I built a house with a builder Fine Props - Andre de Klerk from Hartbee****rtdam, who defaulted and ran away with R2.8m<br> <br> This put me under financial pressure and I asked the bank for 2 months extension on my credit card repayment. The next thing it was handed over to NORLAM attorneys.<br> <br> I have been paying them on a regular monthly basis and was offered a settlement in February, 2015. I accepted and paid the 2 final installments. I had to pay into Standard Bank directly every month. Norlam claims the bank did not let them know about the final and last payment? I even sent proof of payment to Norlam<br> <br> I now get telephone calls, sms's and then this email this morning, which I am attaching <br> <br> PLEASE HELP AS THEY ARE TRAUMATIZING ME!!!
