Asking and Asking for paid up Letter but NOTHING

<p>I have on several occasions phoned and requested paid up letters for my accounts which I am not receiving. I have paid my due I have suffered paying it for years all I am asking for is my paid up letters. Some of the accounts is even in credit how are you paying this back to me?</p>
