Ashleigh Roberts at ***** Admin, you are a star!!!! Thank you so much for all your help. I lodged a query regarding unauthorised transactions on my credit card in June 2015 and could not get any answers until the complaint was referred to Ashleigh last Thursday, she called me back immediately, took the time to listen to me and managed to resolved the issue in 1 day....Amazing! I spoke to so many people at Standard Bank and felt so despondent that none of them could help me. I am so happy that the issue was finally referred to Ashleigh, she is an amazing client service ambassador for Standard Bank.
