I sent a query on 12/12/2024 and they promised to send feedback within 24 hours and they didn't. On 03/01/2025 I wrote on this platform because I've been following up with them and no one was providing feedback. After putting them on blast here, they promised to get back to me within 48 hours, and still they haven't. I've been writing them emails following them up but they aren't providing feedback. Monday they said 48 hours. It's over 48 hours and no one is saying anything. I don't recommend you Standard Bank😡
