ASB Premuim

<p>I am extremely annoyed with Standard Bank and their pathetic customer service. I have been trying for weeks to try and figure out what this premuim is, when it started, how i have it stopped and get my money back. No one can help me. Ive been sent from pillar to post. Eventually i get hold of someone who can assist and he says he would call back once he had the information i was looking for, 2 weeks later and i still havent heard anything. Is anyone able to assist in this regard. I dont see why this is so difficult.</p>
