ASB premium
<p>My account has been debited with an amount of R238.51 by ASB premium..i have no idea what or who those people are and have been trying this morning to call standard bank to reverse the debit order but no success as at some i was holding for more than 10mins. I would like for this matter to be sorted out as soon as possible since i have no knowlwdge whatsoever about the ASB premium</p>

That is the response i always get from standard bank whenever im complaining that they have assigned someone to my case but at the end of the day nothing is resolved .

I would like to commend standard bank on how they handled my complaint, it was handled well and efficiently..big ups to the team that was assigned to my case. Great job indeed!!!
