As an established client of Standard Bank I wish to commend Vivek Sukhu, consultant at the Cornubia Branch of Standard Bank for the professional way in which he resolved my request for additional funds. I had previously been turned down in my online application on the grounds that I was a retired person. After ascertaining the reason for my request (home improvement) he suggested that I could apply for a home loan if I had a freehold property. He offered to submit the requisite documents (my scanner was not working). Vivek Sukhu went beyond the call of duty to be of service to a client of Standard Bank. His professionalism and commitment to customer care was beyond reproach. For this I firmly believe that Vivek's work ethic should be acknowledged.
