As a large bank like STANDARD BANK one would expect better service for my late father who has banked with them for over 50 years
Good day Melanie,, Trust you are well.Could I please have a certificate/ letter stating that my late dad`s estate is wound up. Kind regards Robert Blanckenberg An email dated Wed, Dec 7, 2022, 10:51 AM requesting a letter from Std. bank for the master of the court giving permission to Liberty Life to pay out the life policy(which is not part of the estate) in fact STD Bank should have picked up the said policy as they are the EXCECUTORS! Liberty is ready to pay it out, however awaiting Standard Bank to respond.
