Arrogant Home Loan department

I've been with Standard Bank for 15 years and took out a home loan 4 years ago. When I asked for a better interest rate, they refused. I went to another bank, which offered me a better rate. When I returned to Standard Bank, they decided to offer me 0.06 percent more than the other bank. How arrogant is that? Anyway, I'm leaving
