Arogant bad manners and lazy worker

Hi We hold a standard bank home loan the second one we want to a apply for another My wife went to the branch to apply.<br> The only person working with home loans at bronkhorstspruit branch is Lebo he told my wife that her financial statements is not financials after it was done by a charted accountant now apparently Lebo knows more that a CA.<br> Secondly he told her that she need 2015/2016 financials.....go figure that one please the financial year is not finished yet but he knows more....<br> <br> My wife said it is OK he must just help her to fill the forms as per his job description at the branch and what he gets paid to do .He refused to help her and said it is not his job she must phone home loans and do it over the telephone.She told him it is very costly as she only have a cellphone he said it is not his problem .She asked him for the application forms in Afrikaans witch is our mother language and we are intilteld to it in Afrikaans.Lebo said that Afrikaans is not available and gave her English forms she said she wanted Afrikaans ones which he did print after he complaint that it is a hassle to do so.<br> <br> the branch is a mess very *********** workers monht end 2 tils open no manager to see<br>
