Are we there yet?

<p>App**** for VAF through Stannic. Not an enormous figure - approx 35k. My husband has banked with Standard Bank for years. He is supposed to be a "Prestige" customer with a private banker. We app**** a month ago eventually yesterday I emailed Nicholas Malan the big deal in VAF. He promised to get a team to look at it. He has now referred me back to the woman who should have done it four weeks ago. I need to do the deal this weekend or drive "Christine" - a car that is dangerous. They just do not see the urgency</p>
