Are we really protected???

I got off the phone literally 5 mins ago trying to sort out unauthorized debit orders with STD bank. I was told for the second time that I cannot be assisted. Every month I call in to reverse debit orders and they are telling me I need to pay R45 to stop them. Why would I need to pay to stop ******* debit orders.<br> <br> This is by far the most useless bank and I am saying this because it is the 3rd time in a space of two years I have to deal with this!!! Do yourself a favour by not banking with Standard bank!!! I spoke to Siya as well on the 2nd of January 2016 and the reference number is ***. The time was 9 am and to this day I still await feedback on the ********** transacctions and when they will be stopped! I am so sick of this bank!!!
