Are employees getting paid to infuriate customers?

I am at my breaking point with Standard Bank! I had to go into the Lichtenburg , North West branch 3 times (2 hours total spent) to get my internet banking working...and when I wanted to use it this morning...NO LIMITS SET! R0 and guess what, not like aother banks that you can change it yourself...NO I have to go back to the branch!!!!! A bunch of useless people working at this branch!
