Archaic ATM's

<p>I have lived in jeffreys bay for nearly 25 years and the ATM at the Spar Supermarket has been there since the Supermarket centre opened more than 15 years ago and has never been changed as far as I am aware. It is the only standard bank ATM in the area apart from town centre but is constantly out of operation. By this I mean that it gets attended to today and by tomorrow it is not working again. Is it not time to change an obviously archaic and redundant machine which cannot be kept in service for longer than a day at at a time. You are costing standard bank customers exhorbitant saswitch fees as they are never able to use this machine. I have witnessed many a customer kicking and punching your archaic machine in frustration as it is constantly never working.</p>
