Approved Payment Holiday not granted - Home Loan

My husband and I have a joint home loan with Standard Bank. Due to Covid -19, my husband lost his source of income and we app**** for a 3 months payment holiday of which was approved on the 16th of April. On the 26th of April the home loan debit order went through despite payment arrangement agreed upon. After numerous calls and emails to Standard Bank Debt Care Centre, I was advised on the 08th May that the debit order would be reversed within 5 working days. I followed up on the 15th with the same consultant and she advised she had sent my email to the home loans department. I made contact with her on the 21st of May and she responds "please contact the call centre". so it seemed to us that no one wanted to account for this, meanwhile we have to suffer financially when we were relying on the agreement we had with Standard Bank. Up to date no refund has been received, just wondering if the second debit order will go through again?????
