Approved Home Loan not visible to Call Centre

I app**** for a home loan with my prestige Banker Bongi Mkhwa****. I received confirmation of approval and got a call from home loans confirming this. I then receive an sms to advise that my attorney has changed to Geoffrey Sutherns to register in deeds office. I call the home loans call centre to enquire as I had requested for an attorney of my choice to register my bond. Only to be told by Phakiso that my application is still in pre screening.
