Approval of RDP house with someone inside

I really don't know what to say about STD there are quite i didn't hear from them i keep on receiving emails from you saying STD reply on private but i didn't saw those email i want Standard bank to do their research and found out who approve a home loan or how they bought us RD with someone inside enough is enough I'm tired of them buys debiting my husbands money
