Appreciation Post

I had a call with Nokulunga Methula this morning, I was having a bad day, but she was amazing and lifted up my spirits. She managed to help me with my query and went above and beyond to give me alternative solutions. I wish Nokulunga was my personal banker, from my call with her this morning. I also had a call with Catherine from the VAF department, and she was so patient despite network issues, she made it a point to call me back and make sure my query was addressed as well, I have had encounters where the consultants don't call back, but she did. I didn't have a HelloPeter profile until this morning because I wanted to appreciate these ladies and their customer service. Thank you, Standard Bank, for having these 2 ladies and the energy they have towards their customers. I could write a lot more about these ladies...........
