APPRECIATION FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE

I would like to compliment Mr. Gulam Nagvadari from your Rosebank Branch for his phenomenal service. I was introduced to Mr. Nagvadari through my husband, at first when we spoke it was mainly about a funeral cover.

But as we spoke further he went above and beyond my expectations even advising me to switch over to Standard bank for a better banking experience. He opened a prestige account for me, little did I know that opening a prestige account I will have a private banker assigned to my account. I only used my private banker once as I was not happy with her service, Mr. Nagvadari continued assisting me with my banking as I had a great experience with him, nothing has been too much and he has been available to answer all of my questions - and there have been many! I have had a Credit card and a Term Loan with standard bank to which I managed to pay them off and Mr. Nagvadari assisted me in closing both accounts. My Banking experience with Standard bank had been made easier by Mr. Nagvadari that we also app**** for a Home Loan with Standard bank, there is nothing as comforting as knowing someone is fighting your fight with you. Mr. Nagvadari was very professional and extremely helpful and transparent. he kept me informed throughout the process of our home loan application and regularly provided me with feedback. He even did a motivation for our home loan application and to my disappointment the home loan division declined my application and I was approved by ABSA bank with a better interest rate, of which I expected that to be my bank that approves and go an extra mile for me. I was extremely disappointed with Standard Bank, from me taking a risk of switching over to them, having a Vehicle finance and other closed accounts (Credit Card and Term Loan) should show some loyalty as a customer and Mr. Nagvadari recently assisted me with a Term loan application.

Every time I spoke to Mr. Nagvadari on the phone, he immediately put me at ease with his professional and caring demeanor. I highly recommend Mr. Nagvadari to anyone, that I even managed to get my husband and my mother in-law to switch over to Standard bank of course by the help of Mr. Nagvadari himself. We have all had a great experience with him, nothing has been too much and he has been available to assist us with all our queries!

Thanks a million for your all your HARD WORK you deserve a 5 STAR for sure. He has always been exceptionally helpful and friendly. He even assisted my mother in law with a credit card application and an overdraft and the whole process was finished in double quick time. Even my brother in-law had opened a savings account with Standard bank. Very impressed by the high level of his customer service.

It doesn’t happen often that the bank staff is able to surpass our expectations and when such a thing happens, we must make sure that we compliment and appreciate them for their wonderful service.
