The bank provided much needed clarity regarding the capital costs and the overall handling of my account. I was particularly impressed by the traceability and transparency provided in the detailed breakdown of my account history, from its inception to the point it was handed over to your partner, MBD.

I would like to specifically commend Thabisile Nxumalo for her exceptional service. She handled this matter with great care and went above and beyond to ensure a resolution, effectively coordinating with the Card Department on my behalf.However, while Standard Bank has been exemplary, MBD has yet to provide a clear rationale or context regarding the accumulated interest on their side. I truly appreciate that Thabisile has offered to follow this up to ensure the matter is concluded in its entirety.Thank you, Standard Bank, for your professional approach and for taking ownership of this process.
