standard bank Maponya mall, the gentleman that assisted me is called Randy Martin. Helpful, friendly and able to assist as quick as possible. While waiting in a long line of people that were frustrated by the waiting to be assisted, i was able to observe conversations from individuals pouring out how impressed they were with the young man that was able to work swiftly and understand the urgency of getting people assisted as quick as possible. When my turn came i got to be assisted by the very gentleman Randy Martin. Appreciate the quick response, still friendly - timeline was at 16:30
