I just wish to express my sincere grarity design on the services provided by Standard Bank, Branch in Cresta Mall, Jhb. Amazing service at the backdrop of restrictions and strict compliance. The lady in charge of co ordonating patrons deserves special mention, she is considerate, firm, knowledgeable, kind and very effective. She is not a small girl but woaks that floor with such grace and purpose. Long queues move fast and she attends to each and every person like the were the only person there. She is superwoman and I hope Standard Bank appreciates people like her in your establishments because they impact us positively and make our banking experience in these times tolerable. Iwish to salute you Keketso Rakubu... CLO. And Fundiswa Spengane, who assisted me with such grace and professionalism after I witnessed the customer before me disrespect her and throw her wait around and she remained composed and professional. I commend you both and it's people like you that makes us appreciate standaRd Bank. May God bless you and your families in these trying times.
