Applying car insurance to installment with no consent?!?!!

My car debit order goes off every month on the 31st. As per normal I receive a sms confirming the money went off my account, when I looked this morning I saw that an additional R1300 went off my account. When I called to inquire I found out that they have now added car insurance to my debit order?!?!?? I HAVE INSURANCE!!! I did not sign any consent or receive email confirmation! How can they take additional money from a loyal client in the midst of a pandemic?!?!!

I have raised my concerns via email, I do plan to take this to the OMBUD should I not have resolution ASAP!
