Application to be removed as a surety
My brother app**** for a bond 2013 with standard bank, and he got it under one condition that he must have a surety. Then he put me as a surety and everything was fine. 3months back I app**** for my own bond and it came back with a special condition that I must be removed from the standard bank bond. My brother and I app**** to standard back that I must be removed from my brothers bond and was told we need to pay R55 000 to be removed which we paid beginning of last month(June). It's been 6 weeks now and every time we call them, they coming with excuses. Can u help me with this matter please
