Application Cancelled NOT at my request.

After waiting 2 weeks already for a response to my loan, I get an sms this morning stating that my application has been withdrawn at my request. I DID NOT request any cancellation, in fact my last communication to them, which they responded to, was asking them how much longer it will take. I have been with std bank many many years and I am very upset and angry at this poor service. It seems std bank wants me to find another bank.
