Appears Std Bank is not adhering to the POPI Act
Mailed Std Bank 6Jan22 as it appears that they are sharing my personal details with Lightstone & SAPTG etc without my permission. The POPI Act is clear about personal information. To date they have not responded. In Dec21 there were articles about a security breach as Std Bank & Lightstone were hacked in Nov21. Furthermore everything was transferred into my name so the account closed. Lighstone & SAPTG clearly dont care & info on their reports regarding the property is inaccurate so their other sources are are questionable.
