Appalling Standard Bank App Is Unappealing!

I've had it with your appalling banking app! Last week Thursday I needed to access the Standard Bank app in order to make payments, but the app wouldn't accept my credentials, I've never struggled to login in this way before! I ended up needing to borrow money and ask someone to make that payment for me using another bank's app. Now, once again the problem still persists, so I am now forced to find an ATM or a branch to do my banking, thereby exposing me to coronavirus in a packed shopping centre. Even after deleting the app and then downloading it again the problem continues. Your unappealing app is so problematic it's not even funny. Constantly needs to be updated (basically downloading the app again) unlike other apps. Now I'm spending money for transport unnecessarily too.
