Appalling service - Standard Bank - Fish Hoek

Without doubt one of the worst banks in SA. We have been banking with Standard Bank for over 20 years and are about to cancel our accounts and move our investments because of the appalling service we receive from the Fish Hoek branch. We are good customers and have a very positive financial rating with the bank. Despite our long term loyalty to the bank they treat us like strangers every time we visit the branch. They are rarely prepared to go out of the way to help my elderly mother (93) and the branch manager is never around to assist - (perhaps they don't have a branch manager).

Clearly they don't value our support - we are just a client number to them. It's time to fire them - apparently Capitec is very good perhaps they will value our business.

If you are considering moving to another bank I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
