Appalling service Standard bank!!

Wow absolutely terrible service!!!! My roof has been pouring with water and I’ve been holding for a consult from 10am this morning and NO ONE has answered!!! I phoned the complaints line and I was guaranteed that I would be contacted shortly. Up to now I have not been contacted????? Who will pay for all my other house hold goods that are getting damaged??? Extremely disappointed in this appalling service!!!!
